Why I’m NOT a Guru & Why They SUCK!!!

This is a hilarious post if you ask me. You, might find it offensive, unprofessional and whatever else crap you can think of while I’m still NOT caring LOL!!! OMG, I just LOL’d in a blog post.

I’m not going to reveal my source for the information I’m about to give you, just know that it is viable and I’m going to give you the same proof that was given to me. This way, if this crapass wannabe Guru ever finds out I’m totally baggin on him, he’ll think twice about pretending the information that was given was false or some other bull$hit I’m sure will spew from his piehole.

A fellow member of BiggerPockets.com put in his status that he was purchasing an REO from a lender that foreclosed on and the borrower that was foreclosed on was also a member of BiggerPockets.com. He said that if anyone wanted to know who it was, to private message him and he would tell you. Of course, I couldn’t resist so I did and he told me along with the proof and a little backstory about the particular REO deal which was all funny in itself.

I’m sure you’re dying to know who I’m blasting in this post and his name would be [Michael Lautensack] or as I now call him Mike Muchosuck. Here is a screen shot of a portion of his BiggerPockets profile, click on it and it should enlarge to be readable.

Now, if you’ll notice that he mentions that he was a top guru by some guru review site so I checked it out and sure enough, he’s there: Gureview.com

Now, here’s where it gets funny, this member of BiggerPockets.com provided a link that showed how many cases are against this GURU and it’s very surprising to say indeed. What you’ll need to do after clicking This Link is put in his last name and first initial. It will take you to this page.

just click on it, or double click on it and it will pull up full size for you. If you clicked the link and input his last name and his first initial, you’ll see this on your own computer. Notice how many foreclosures he’s got and other liens and judgments? Is this someone who should be ‘Teaching’ others? I don’t think so!

I wonder if his ‘Students’ know this about him? I wonder if they would be so willing to pay up whatever he’s overcharging after they learned about that? It makes you wonder why REI gets such a bad rap when guys like these are out there.

Now, on to why I’ll NEVER be a Guru

I’ve been mistakenly called that before and I’m quick to correct those that say that. I am simply a practitioner of Real Estate Investing. Like a doctor who is runs a ‘practice’ and ‘practices’ medicine (there’s a scary thought right?) I learn day in and day out. What worked last week may not work this week. Each and every time I speak to someone whether they be a seller or realtor or fellow investor, it’s always different. No two conversations are the exact same. I learn from those who have succeeded ahead of me and create my own paths with consideration to the differences that exist today.

I am a Real Estate Investor through and through, period!

Sure, I have a e-book that kicks the crap out of all the rest of the garbage out there but I’m not a hard product salesman. I don’t get rich from selling my e-book. It would take a lot of sales to match what I make in real estate(more on that later thanks to Shae Bynes). This is why I’ll never be a Guru.

I could go on and on with my unprofessional whining but I’ve been listening to Josh Woodward lately and his chill and relaxed sounds have calmed me down a bit so I’ll get back to being cool and easy.
