I wanted to update everyone on how the site is doing.
I checked up on Google Analytics this morning and put in the dates from the 1st of this year until yesterday and these are the results:
I’ve had a total of 908 visits in 12 days which is an average of 75 visits a day as evidence by this screen shot:

Some things I’d like to highligh is that if you notice I’ve received a lot of traffic from StumbleUpon which is fitting considering I just posted 3 Great Reasons to StumbleUpon so I guess what I wrote about isn’t a complete lie
The two other notable sources of traffic is obvious:
The great thing being a Subscriber is that you’ll get all the new blog posts send directly to your email which is cool because you certainly don’t want to miss a beat around here as fast as the site is growing.
Of course, BiggerPockets.com is an amazing site which I owe a lot of success to simply because of the connections I’ve made on there and the ability to brand myself as a successful investor. If you’re not a part of that amazing FREE community, you should be! The successes that have made because of that site are literally in the hundreds of thousands of dollars!!
I sat here and wondered why I’ve grown so quickly while typing this out and I must say it’s because of all the help from each and every one of you who participate, comment and share this site and it’s posts with your friends and colleagues. I must say I’m flattered that you’ve done these things and I will continue to exceed your expectations.
Taking a look at the top 10 Traffic Sources its obvious where I receive the most value:

Whats seems cool is Steph Davis’s site FlipThisWholesaler.net has done wonderfully for me. The visitors are sticking around and checking me out. Maybe I’ve gained some of her loyal followers as well. I certainly wouldn’t doubt it. Most of us regularly visit multiple sites which is why a post like: Bloggers to Watch in 2010 are so cool because it opens the door to other great sites/blogs.
There you can see the top 10, that’s not to say that 11-20 isn’t as valuable:
I truly believe its all about timing. You can see Shae Bynes of GoodFaithInvesting.com has sent 17 visitors from here sites through links and or comments that I’ve made on her site, but that’s again, only in the last 12 days so there are still valuable referrals coming in. It was even more last month due to a guest posts series I worked on with her which you see here: Subject2 Investing, Wholesaling Sub2 deals and make note that mention of the previous posts are on there as well if your curious how it got started.
Can you imagine how cool it feels to get so many referrals from an amazingly large site like Problogger.net? To me, that’s simply outside of what I thought was a possibility. Its unfortunate, those visitors don’t seem to stick around very long but that’s ok, they’re used to amazing blog sites like Problogger.net. I’m just humbled that I received some visitors.
Lastly my top 8 blog posts that have been visited the most are:
- Why I’m NOT a Guru and Why They Suck
- Bloggers To Watch in 2010
- How To Find Buyers On Craigslist
- Well Its Here! 2010
- $500,00.00 Say What!!!
- Internet Stalked
- Jan 4th Vlog
- How To Talk To Realtors About Short Sales
Maybe I should start a “Best Of category” and input some of these great posts so that it makes it easier to find and refer to? what do you think?
I really think this is just the start of this site! As I work with new guest authors coming on to help provide value, I think it’s only going to get better and better! I’m not sure I have an actual goals as my intentions at this point isn’t to generate an income from this site but rather have a medium in which to connect and communicate with you guys and gals. I’m still and always will be a REI through and through.
So a BIG Thank You to everyone!! It really is cool for me to have a growth like this in such a short amount of time. It means a lot to me
Where would you guys and gals like to see this blog site head to? What direction would you think it would bring the most value to you?

Thats pretty good Nick. Almost a 1000 visits in 12 days. I think I'm getting around 4 a day.
After seeing this maybe I should pay more attention to my google analytics reports.
That's great Nick! I average a whopping 5/day, but I don't have a kick butt blog like you do. Maybe I should consider starting one…
I'll tell ya, as cool as it is having so many eyes visit the site. I'm more concerned with different aspects
New vs. Returning (I like a lot of returning b/c it means I'm doing something right)
Average time on site (they like what they see so they're sticking around)
Pages per visit (how much they like)
As long as I know I'm providing value to others, its worth it.
