ya, the beauty of it is, I don't even handle that part, have someone else get the closing set up so all I have to do is sign. Since this is in VA, they'll have to fedex the papers to me so I can literally and I mean this completely, buy and then sell this property in my boxers if I answer the door when the mobile notary shows up to get my signatures in my boxers.
